There are no project managers between you and the problem. Every decision is made by engineers who understand the system. You own what you build.
Production or nothing
We don't ship demos or prototypes. Everything we build runs in production, handles real load, and delivers measurable results. The standard is high.
Autonomy by default
You'll be trusted to figure things out. We don't do daily standups or micromanagement. If you need clarity, ask. Otherwise, build.
Small team, big scope
At this size, everything you do shows. You'll touch architecture, deployment, client communication, and research. Often in the same week.
